She is fascinated by vintage and unconventional art of recycled designing. Lu Flux, British designer of ecological collections on October 15, will be in Lodz at RE-ACT Fashion Show-a celebration of recycled fashion.

 Lu Flux is an exceptional designer. She makes unique collections out of her love for designing and interest in the problem of recycling. She uses the technique of up-cycling—creates new, high quality, products, out of completely useless objects. Her projects give an impression of being illusory, exude pastel colors and delicate gentle beauty. British folklore and the magical world of fairy-tales are the sources of her inspiration.

In 2006 Lu Flux graduated from the College of Art in Edinburgh. Her graduation collection won the Ocean Terminal Scottish Fashion Graduate Award. She gained her experience working as an assistant of Bernhard Willhel in Paris. Currently, Lu Flux lives and works in London, where she creates her own, unique collections. Her designs are shown during fashion shows in London and in Glasgow. On October 15, she will be taking part in RE-ACT Fashion Show 2010 in Lodz. Lu Flux will present her latest collection “Dame and Knight” and the previous exclusive projects during the finale gala in Teatr Wielki in Lodz.
